Here’s the truth behind the scenes:

👉 They’re losing themselves to the myth of perfection.

Trying to do everything at once is like watering every plant in a 10-acre farm with a single bottle. You’ll be exhausted, the plants will wilt, and the farm will fail. 🌱

Instead, water your few essential crops consistently and mindfully — and watch them thrive.

Ask yourself:
What really matters to me?
What areas of life do I refuse to compromise on?

These are your non-negotiables. They could be:

These are not part of your highest use.
Let someone else handle them. Delegate, automate, or eliminate.
